BALI is committed to increasing affordable, accessible legal representation.

        Our Community

Contact your favorite attorneys from the BALI community of lawyers listed on our home page to see whether they are available to assist. BALI is a community of California lawyers, not a firm. Each attorney has their own practice.

        Lawyer Referral Service

The Alameda County Bar Association has "modest means" referral panels for referrals to qualified attorneys offering affordable rates and/or limited scope representation. Consultations are free.

        Go It Alone

More and more people are representing themselves in court. Many BALI community attorneys offer limited assistance with coaching to prepare for court or negotiations, individual court appearances, or document production.
